520 Capitol Mall is a 82,000 SF modernist eight story downtown Sacramento office building with four level parking garage which was purchased from the local school district and re-developed into a multi-tenant property between 2001-2004.  The redevelopment was managed by Brennan Properties and held by the BTV Group until it was sold in 2016.  Brennan Properties continues to manage the property for the new owner and is coordinating even more changes to the property including a new fitness center and a new front plaza and monument signage.
