Crown Corporate Center (CCC) is a 485,000 SF five building office campus at the intersection of Highways 5 and 80 in South Natomas (Sacramento) built between 1998 - 2007.  Tenants include Sutter Health, University of Phoenix, State of California, Sundt Construction, and Morton & Pitalo Engineers.  Brennan Properties continues to manage 2 of the 5 buildings in the campus as well as the Association.
