428 J is a 92,000 SF eight story nationally registered historic building (1914) in Sacramento’s Entertainment & Sports District.  This former hotel property was converted to office use in the mid 1980s.  Brennan Properties took over the management of the building in 2011 and has since worked with the owner to renovate it in keeping with its historic character.  The renovation of the building concludes in 2017 and the property leasing program will commence.  Brennan Properties met the challenges of renovating a 1914 structure and delivered value to its client on this exciting downtown project.
