Brennan Properties has managed this Union Square district retail building for a private capital client since 2007.  We coordinated the successful leasing of the building to Giorgio Armani on a long term lease in 2015.  Brennan Properties handles all management needs for the owner including leasing, TI coordination, and tenant relations.
