John Brennan

Principal

John started with the predecessor entity of Brennan Properties (BTV Management) in 1997 as Chief Financial Officer and became President of the Company in 2013. His responsibilities include overseeing all services to clients and developing new business opportunities. John works closely with the brokerage community to acquire, lease, develop, and sell properties. Prior to joining the company, John was a CPA with Deloitte for six years specializing in audit engagements of financial institutions, publicly held companies, and agricultural companies. He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in economics and is a member of the Lambda Alpha organization.

Patti Phelan

Chief Financial Officer

Patti is the Accounting Manager/CFO for Brennan Properties and has been with the company since 2001. Her responsibilities include budgeting, preparing quarterly and year-end financial statements, preparing CAM projections/reconciliations, coordinating with tax advisors, and overseeing all property accounting activities. Patti has direct contact with the company’s clients regarding their monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Prior to working at Brennan Properties, Patti was the accounting manager for a large non-profit entity in Sacramento.
